Founder Wealth Year-End Intensive

Build your business.Design what comes next.

A small-group intensive for founders and solo entrepreneurs ready to turn year-end decisions into a clearer path toward lasting personal wealth.

01Put profits to work
02Protect what you build
03Prepare for greater freedom

Your business is an asset.Your future deserves a plan of its own.

How much of your business success is becoming wealth that can support you beyond the business?

Revenue, expenses, and closing the books are only part of the year-end conversation. Retirement funding, protection, taxes, and a future transition all connect to the life you want to build.

This cohort is for established founders and solo entrepreneurs who:

  • Generate $500,000+ in annual business revenue or earn $200,000+ in personal income from their business.
  • Face annual tax bills of $100,000+ and want to address the erosion of income and wealth to taxes.
  • Have consistent profits and meaningful year-end decisions.
  • Want to build personal wealth outside their business.
  • Are considering working less, retiring, transferring ownership, or eventually selling.

Today's decisions.
Tomorrow's possibilities.

A few helpful answers.

Is the program live or on demand?

Both. Educational content is available on demand to review at your own pace. The cohort meets live online on Tuesdays, October 20, October 27, November 3, and November 10, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Your private 45-minute consultation is scheduled individually between November 12 and November 20. Plan to attend the live cohort sessions; they are the space for discussion, exercises, and questions.

Do I need to be planning a sale?

No. This program is also for owners who want to work less, protect their family, fund retirement, or build future income that depends less on their daily involvement.

Is every strategy relevant to every founder?

No. Business structure, employee demographics, profitability, cash flow, existing plans, and personal goals all matter. QSBS applies only to qualifying stock and businesses. Hybrid life/LTC coverage requires evaluation of suitability, underwriting, costs, and liquidity; it is not an automatic business deduction.

Will all actions need to happen before December 31?

No. Adoption, election, contribution, and funding deadlines differ by strategy and circumstances. The program helps you identify decisions to address now and deadlines to confirm with your professional team.

Does the fee include implementation?

The fee covers the cohort experience and the private consultation described above. Tax filings, legal documents, retirement-plan administration, insurance premiums, and investment management are separately scoped and are not included.
